Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Drink

3 cups milk...into a blender
3 scoops Nature's Whey Powdered Protein (vanilla or chocolate)
3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
4 ounces Cocogevity

Blend, then chill slightly - blend again - serve in a pretty glass - it's delicious! (Omit the peanut butter and it's still good!)

Coconut Ice Cream Balls with Cocogevity

Make balls with vanilla ice cream using scoop or tablespoon. Roll in shredder coconut put on cookie sheet into freezer. Ready for dessert? Put ice cream ball into dish, pour Cocogevity over. Much healthier than chocolate sauce and full of antioxidants.

Jello

1 pkg sugar free jello
Hot water as per package instruction
1/4 c Women's fx
1/4 c Rainforest or Rainforest Toddy
2 Tbs. Sports Tech or Sports Toddy

For the finger jello you do:

3 pkgs Knox Gelatin
4 small boxes sugar free jello
3 C Boiling Water
1/2 C Women's fx
1/2 C Rainforest or Rainforest Toddy
2 Tbs. Sports Tech or Sports Toddy

Add Knox Gelatin and Sugar Free Jello in a bowl. Add hot water and stir until dissolved. Mix in other liquids and refrigerate until set.

Also try with Vitale' in the sugar free jello - it is VERY GOOD. Just put in 1/2 C Vitale' and 1/2 C of Rainforest. Use the large boxes and just put in the amounts of hot water as calls for and then the Vitale' and Rainforest and then the rest cold water to make up the amount of water it asks for.

Nature's Whey White Chip Macadamia Nut Cookies

1 c. butter (no substitutions!)
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. packed light brown sugar
3 scoops Nature's Whey Vanilla
1/2 c. sugar or Splenda
10 oz. package white choc. chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. macadamia nuts (coarsely chopped)

Mix butter, sugars, vanilla and egg. Mix in flour and Nature’s Whey. Mix in chips and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!

Nature’s Whey Apple Cake

1 c. water
¼ c. Rainforest
2 c. Dehydrated Apples (soak in water and Rainforest until softened)
2 c. Nature’s Whey Vanilla
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1½ tsp. Cinnamon
2 Eggs
¾ c. melted butter

Mix all ingredients together and bake for 17-20 minutes @ 400 degrees. Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!

Nature’s Whey Brownies

1 c. Nature’s Whey Vanilla
½ c. Cocoa Powder
¾ tsp. Baking Powder
1 ¼ c. Splenda
¾ c. Butter
4 Eggs
1 ½ c. Sugar-free Chocolate Chips

Mix all ingredients together and bake for 20 minutes @ 350 degrees. Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!

Mochaccino

1 tablespoon Nescafe Iced Java
1 tablespoon sugar free Nestle Quick
½ cup milk
½ cup water
3 tablespoons vanilla Living Essense

Mix all ingredients in a blender with ice.

1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
3 tablespoons vanilla Living Essense
1 cup water

*optional: top with ready whipcream and pumpkin spice
